Holiday Templates for Download

Celebrate the season and ring in the new year with this suite of festive designs. These templates were built in Canva, a user-friendly free web application, so you can easily customize them with your department name, message, etc. We are pleased to offer you a variety of holiday and new year designs and sentiments.

Printables

Card designs are 5" x 7" when folded. The envelope is 7.25" x 5.25" (A7).

Downloading Print Files: Once you’ve made your updates in Canva and are ready to download your design, click the "share" button in the top right corner. Click "download" within that menu, and select “PDF Print” as the file type.

Important: Be sure to check the box for "crop marks and bleed" on the card (you do not need to check this for the envelope). Under “Select Pages” make sure you have checked the box for the outside and inside design panels of the card style you want to use.

Printing: After you download your print-ready PDFs, you can share them with a vendor of your choosing for printing, such as FedEx Office or Copy General.
